I am a Personal Trainer and manage my own studio in North West London. I love training clients and helping each individual to reach their goals with motivation, the correct diet plan and training regime.
I offer PT session and small classes in my studio – spinning, TRX, Kettlebell and weight training. I specialise in weight loss. I love offering clients diverse programmes and combinations of different exercises to make each session challenging to allow each client to achieve maximum results.
