Administration / Customer Service / Receptionist
"Clients are not an interruption to my work. They ARE my Work"
I am fully proficient in all common admin' tasks, an EXCELLENT communicator (written & verbal) and I employ a CLIENT FOCUSED approach to the provision of OUTSTANDING Customer Service.
I possess high level organisational skills. I use various tools to organise and prioritise my work including the Outlook diary, Outlook reminders, and the Outlook to-do list.
I spend time each morning planning the day ahead of me and prioritising tasks in order of importance and due date; however I remain aware of the need to re-prioritise these tasks as the day progresses and work flow changes. .
My recent roles require me to work closely within a team of professionals, support staff and volunteers all of whom must be able to depend on me to be efficient, reliable and supportive. Recently I started positions with little or no training. I adapt very quickly and have coped well through “thinking on my feet”.
I am a quick learner and have a high level of maturity and common sense. This enables me to play my part for the team. I am capable of working with little or no supervision and I am always willing to perform any tasks that my team requires). This requires forward planning abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid work ethic. I often start early, work late, take breaks only at irregular times as workload permits, and restructure my activities at short notice. In order to accommodate the various issues and deadlines, I structure each day according to the workload and issues at the time. I often share the duties of my position with others and the tasks I perform are many and varied. This type of unstructured workload requires almost unlimited flexibility, and I find that I thrive in such an environment.
