6 years in kitchen design and my duties included: Kitchen Design Specialist training and keeping up on all the latest interior design trends. Learned all programs to efficiently design a
kitchen or countertop that my clients expressed an interest in, and went to on site
appointments to get accurate measurements and do a design that would satisfy the customer and would accommodate the area. Offered help to my clients as the type of look they wanted from modern, Mediterranean, or classic to satisfy what they would visualize as their dream
kitchen. I also had six month experience as a Install Sale Coordinator. My duties
included coordinating jobs that were sold by Lowe's Sales Specialists, processing the information, contacting customer, contacting Lowe's sub-contractors to let them know
that the job needs to be scheduled, making sure all special order products have been
ordered and when they will be delivered to schedule job. Inspecting all products that
were delivered are in good condition and not damaged. Then let contractors know that the job is ready for installation. Kept track of all details sold and called customers to see if they were still interested in doing the project. Also responsible for product
ordering for my department and project job site. Making sure everything was
accurately ordered for the project..
