• Sourcing candidates from Database, Portals, References, Networking and Free Job Websites.
• Screening, short listing and sourcing the resumes as per the requirement.
• Taking Interviews of the candidates over the phone in order to check their communication.
• Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
• To have a follow-up from the Candidates.
• Releasing the Offer Letters to the Candidate's.
• Prepare daily MIS & Maintain active database of prospective and rejected candidates
• Handling of joining and exit formalities.
• Wage & Salary Payroll Administration, Leave Record, Daily Attendance, Physical Verification etc.
• Preparing Salary Worker's & Staff, LTA & Leave encashment.
• Maintain Personal files, Performance Appraisal.
• Making Arrangements for induction and orientation programs for the newly recruited candidates for making them familiar with company culture and activities
• Maintaining Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS.
• Employee Satisfaction Survey.
• Ensuring good employees Relations and Motivation of Employees at all level.
• Organizing various Awards & Rewards function for good House Keeping/ Best Attendance/ Safety/ Long Services/ Best worker/ Performance etc.
• Preparation of notice and letter like Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, termination, notice for new paper.
• Arrange and coordination of hotel booking, ticket booking, Cab booking for seniors. Prepare annual and monthly training calendar.
