Daily shower and shave, combing hair-lady's hair tight in back, wear well press uniform and name tag, use deodorant, make sure that employee nail is small coz if nail is big germs could be hidden under the nails, make sure that there is no bad smell from mouth while u talking with the guest, (internal guest must be neat and clean).

Positive attitude:
Show enthusiasms; speak positive about the hotel and all other departments inside the hotel, never say no focus on solutions like (certainly, my pleasure, absolutely, not problem).

Housekeeping responsibility:

General housekeeping responsibility for all the internal guest/employees, keep grounds and walk ways neat and clean, observe public area and restroom, report to the H/K department or clean spills yourself, report fowling trash bin and ash urns.

Pedestrian etiquette:
Remember the hospitality in hotel rules, help with packages or bags, allow guest to pass first, hold the doors, offer assistance as needed, stay on walk way and path, never cross the guest like running.

The hospitality radius rules
Within 6.5 meters (20 feet) smiling, make eye contact, scan your entire radius, with in 1.5 meter (5feet) offer assistance pleasantly 'good morning / good after noon / good evening, use name like ' good morning Mr. xyz, or sir.
