Statutory Areas & Payroll:
• Pay Roll/Salary Administration, Leave Administration, Time Management, Benefits Administration viz., PF, ESI, Medical, etc, Disciplinary procedures. Also handle other operational activities like generating letter of proof and maintaining employee files.
• Making and finalizing Monthly Payroll Processing i.e. Leave & Attendance Records, incentives, appraisals, any arrears etc
• ESI monthly & Bi- Annual returns declaration of employee to ESI, issuing Temporary & Permanent ESI cards, Grievance matters related to ESI.
• EPF monthly & Annual returns declaration of employee to EPF, Issuing PF Number, Generating Form 3A, PF withdrawal.
MIS & HRIS:
• Maintain employee records in Human Resource Information System and preparation of various reports for Client’s review.
• Preparing and submitting the Weekly report, Monthly MIS report, Head count Report for different client’s.
• Updating and maintenance of Personal Records of the employees.
• Getting Requirements from the Managers.
• Identified the resumes that best suit the client requirements, through various means like Job sites, Referrals, Contacts, Database, local Consultants, Cold calling etc.
• Sourcing CVs from different job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, Timesjobs.com etc.
• First level screening of profiles.
• Scheduling candidates for the interviews through different modes.
• Processing offers for final short listed Candidates.
• Keeping in touch with the offered candidates and keeping them well informed till the time they join.
• Maintaining Data Base and other required sheets.
