o Coordination with civil sub-contractors, consultant and client to achieve the best performance at site.


o Coordination with Electro-mechanical department of Egemac to avoid any delay for installation of electrical fixtures, transformers, etc….
o Reporting all the site information of running substations to General Manager.
o Giving final approvals for time schedule, submittals, invoices, variations, etc…. before submitting to the client.
o Giving final approvals for time schedules, invoices, submittals, variations, etc…. submitted by civil subcontractors.

 Duties:
o Following up preparation of base project time schedule with the help of planning engineer.
o Following up the progress of work according to time schedule
o Following up the preparation of workshop drawings with the help of engineering department for approval by consultant.
o Cost controlling for project activities with the help of Cost Control & Estimation departments.
o Following up preparation of QS schedules and invoices with the help of technical office engineer.
o Control of resources procurement needed at site: materials, laborers, and equipment.
