The company purchases data from the national data base and my job is to convince customers to purchase our kitchens. This job involves keeping customer confidentiality and using persuasive language to encourage them to go with our kitchens as it only involves selling over the telephone.

My duties were to call and book appointments for patients in Preston and Chorley. This included working on the computer and answering complicated phone calls from patients. This job built my confidence to a higher level and helped me work better as a team member.
