Recruitment and selection
• Advertising vacancies internally and externally

o Capturing, monitoring and running of leave for payslips update
o Update Employee Master files and maintenance
o Confirmation of employment
o Making sure that employees on maternity are receiving the correct rate according to their contract of employment

IR duties

• Co-ordinate IR queries and liaise with the IR Officer, making sure that referrals and set downs are received on time
• Advising and ensuring that line managers adhere to relevant labour laws and company policies and procedures
