• Oversee the placements and recruitments of mining and engineering learner ships
• Liaise with MQA and SARS to make sure 1% of levy is paid through to SARS and 50% is paid back from the SETA
• Bench Mark with other mining companies for continual improvement

Authorize the orders and control the Budget for my staff.
Ensure the well being of the learners at the single quarters.

Keep the team motivated; show them the importance of facilitation and the impact of that to the word.
