Elly Boy - Ghana's Newest Up and Coming Hiplife Sensation

Eusyd Music Entertainment just signed on a groundbreaking new hiplife artist by the name of Elly Boy. His witty and cleverly woven punchlines is what sets him apart from other emerging rookies.

He is a visionary writer, a thinker and a poetic lyricist. His songs can range from party mode to engaging flows about his past and current troubles. He's very open about his experiences in his songs and shares them to educate others. He flows flawlessly on different tempo beats and is definately a name to keep in mind.

Co Founder of Eusyd Music Entertainment Eugene Koranteng discovered this gem of an artist and we are now a few months away from releasing his debut album.

Perceived Strengths and Weaknesses of IAS 40: Investment Property

The final requirement to becoming a fully qualified ICB Financial Accountant was in the form of a dissertation / mini thesis. This is covered in the module ICB Accounting Theory and Practice. The task was to select a choice of an International Accounting Standard (IAS) and then to:

1. Provide a brief overview of the standard.
2. Research the positive International critique with respect to the standard.
3. Research the negative International critique with respect to the standard.
4. Provide practical evidence supporting your findings.
5. Summarize International recommendations as to how the standard can be improved.

I based my research on IAS 40 - Investment Property. I'm passionate about empowering the uneducated and disavantaged about Financial Intelligence, which i blame for the various cycles of poverty we have in different parts of Africa. Investing and more specifically investing in property is a champion tool to win the fight against poverty. It enhances one's financial intelligence by educating them about the power of Passive income or in lament terms: money that works for itself and grows. Property bought purely for Investment purposes is a champion example of this principle. This project is intended to enlighten folks about the intricacies and power of Investment Property, but most importantly how to use these intricacies to one's advantage.
