Garapo - C/C++ Programming - Durban, KZN, South Africa

Kevin Garapo

Durban, KZN, South Africa

I am a technical person. I have experience in IT, instrumentation and metrology. I am also looking for opportunities to grow my skills in areas such a financial modelling. Academically, I am a quantum physicist and therefore I have been trained to look out of the box for solutions. I enjoy working with computers and can program in a few languages such as: C/C++, Python, Delphi, Matlab, Mathematica, Linux shell script, Visual Basic and Java. I am capable of setting up computing environments using available resources as per requirement.

C/C++ Programming

I performed numerical simulations of stochastic partial differential equations describing the dynamics of the state of individual quantum systems. This skill is highly transferable to modelling of financial derivatives.
