Currently working within a very busy marketing team producing customer data and insight for all Direct mail, Email, out bounding and SMS campaigns that go out from the extensive database, this is done with Viper application to select the correct criteria from a various selections of segmentations and demographics. Maintenance of the database to ensure up to date permissions are applied. Reporting back on previous campaigns to produce KPIs ranging from call response, booking preferences, A.B.V. Using Google analytics to produce KPIs for the web team. Having all this customer insight enables that the marketing is used effectively so as to target the correct market at the right time. Working alongside the call centres to assist in forecasting call volumes, this helps when the rota is being planned.
Generating many reports for any adhoc reporting required which maybe for specific campaigns down to a granular level.
Maintaining return mailings so as to ensure good housekeeping of the database and thus keeping costs of campaigns down.

Working in customer care department dealing with various calls, maintaining a professional image whilst resolving issues as they arise to satisfy the customer. Also making new bookings and assisting the customer with there needs to enable the correct holidays for their needs.
I also assisted the customer care manager with databases that calculate the teams bonus from various data that is collated, this in turn works out the total revenue created from the team. I also keep track on the teams annualised hours from hours worked and holidays that are booked.
