I have over 20 years experience in servicing and supporting my customer accounts. I take ownership of my accounts and l think that it is more appropriate to call myself an "Account Manager". Outside of the sales component, a lot goes into supporting and servicing customer accounts. I understand that success in this position will be determined by customer satisfaction not only during presentation and procurement but all ancillary duties that parallel the process from start to finish. My strong people skills and communication skills along with my desire to finish what I start will make this process smooth and rewarding. Whether it’s setting up a meeting with the President of a company or working in the trenches to help a customer, my main motivation has always been customer satisfaction. I eagerly welcome the opportunity to roll up my sleeves and draw from my past experience and put forth a strong effort to achieve a sound partnership with my customers.
