• RVB sales and target responsibilities
• Accountability to reach Minimum sales figures pm and ensure both monthly and yearly growth
• Each of your account must be visited during a scheduled meeting at least once a month unless otherwise instructed by your manager. (Travel/Logistics might dictate alternate month visits). See service level policy.
• Sales meetings and opening of NEW accounts.
• Regular Regional Training sessions on all RVB ranges
• Co – ordinate In-salon training as needed by your accounts
• Assist, organise and conduct Promotions
• Updating account’s promotional items, POS, displays etc.
• Merchandising
• Assisting in stock takes/orders on a monthly basis
• Inform clients of the specials for the month on at least the 1st working week of each month.
• Weekly feedback to RVB Brand Manager
• Maintaining Stockist details and database
• Monthly administration to be handed in timeously
• Any other supplementary task or duty that's reasonably necessary to carry out the main function or duty of the job, or any task or duty reasonably required by you, forms part of the Agents job description.
