My reason for seeking alternative employment, is due to recently being made redundant, working for a company of Claims Loss Adjusters, whom I was employed with for 18 months. Previous to working for them I was employed by a company of Motor Claims and Fraud Investigators for 12 years, unfortunately I was also made redundant.

I have proven experience of acting as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and providing a secretarial/administration service to four professional Motor Claims and Fraud Investigators/ Loss Adjusters, including diary management, message taking, audio transcription of witness testimonies in preparation for litigation and legal reports for a number of Insurance Companies/Solicitors. I also word process letters, memoranda and invoices on a daily basis along with considerable e-mail and internet use.

I am able to work as part of a team and prioritise my own workload and therefore I am quite adaptable and well organised,

I have an excellent work ethic combined with attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Effective communication skills at all levels, conscientious and methodical work style.

❖ Responsible for the Digital Audio Typing of reports, transcripts and other legal documentation.

❖ Liaison with Brokers/Underwriters to update enquiries on all claims.
