➢ Assist Managers with monthly Sales Forecasting & Budgets.
➢ Assisting and liaising with the Marketing Team on Sales Team Incentives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
➢ Arranging and processing of all flights and travel requirements for the Sales & Marketing Team consisting of 10 Delegates.
➢ Verifying and submitting Sales & Marketing Team Expenses.
➢ Creating order numbers and compiling the invoices raised for theses order numbers for the business Trading accounts on a monthly basis.
➢ Processing and distribution of vacancy advertisements on intranet.
➢ Creation of New staff appointment letters and submitting to payroll.
➢ Minute recording of monthly EXCO, SMCO & OPCO meetings.
➢ Diary management and scheduling meeting requests with internal and external parties.
➢ Co-ordinating functions and venue hire for company Conferences and Regional meetings. Liaising with the Conference Centre/ Hotel that has been selected.

Additional Information
I originally went to the United Kingdom May 1995 during this time I was travelling around England. I had various temporary jobs, from working in a warehouse packing boxes to picking cotton & potatoes.
