I have extensive knowledge with computer programs such as Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, WordPro Advanced, Access, and PowerPoint) Internet Explorer, HTML, and I am really good with managing my time and how I use it as well as taking initiative when necessary.
I have impeccable organizational skills as well as communication skills. During my time at Acrodex I gained the knowledge and confidence needed for a Receptionist/Administration position, by greeting customers and directing all visitors, data entry, helping clients and customers coming into the office. I handled all incoming calls, supplied information to callers, relayed messages and performed general service administrative duties.
