Retail Deli Manager
I have 13 years experience in grocery retail in which I learned pretty much every department, job, and procedure that takes place in running the industry with the exception of store manager, and asst. store manager. I spent the last seven years in the deli dept. briefly as clerk, then asst. manager, and the last 3 years as deli manager. I know all inventory, accounting, purchasing, scheduling procedures, and familiar with merchandising tools and marketing techniques. I can effectively apply my retail and management experience to any retail environment with ease.

Kitchen and Catering
I managed a tavern/kitchen for 12 of the 17 years I work at the establishment. Duties encluded training, developing recipes for specials and menu, ordering of ingredients and supplies, cooking, catering, scheduling, event and party planning, waitressing.
I developed a simple fryer only "wings, strips, and fries' bar snacks business into a high volume quite lucrative open to close food business that catered to in house and a large off site/delivery customer base which included not only residents but the student body of 2 university and an alternative vocational school. We produced huge amounts of high quality food in a kitchen possibly smaller than the inside of a food truck in an efficient, organized and timely manner.
