I had to organize the renewals, contact clients by telephone or letter with regard to renewal terms. I had to send documentation to Lloyds for renewal terms and conditions. I had to prepare to schedules of cover including any terms imposed by Lloyds. I had to proof read the documentation before sending to the client.
I started as an office clerk and progressed

to an office manager at a different location. I therefore had knowledge of all aspects of the job from filing to staff recruitment and reporting.
