• Completed all tasks ahead of deadline, enabling me to assist the company in their industry newsletter contracts and providing extra time for proofing of UQAR

Responsibilities
• Provide occasional feature articles for weekly paper and yearly Sustainability Supplement

ADVERTISING SALES REP
Responsibilities
• Sales of display advertising
• Expand sales pool to include Lennox Head and Ballina
• Ensure advertising copy supplied to deadline
• Accurate communication of design briefs between client and production department
Achievements
• Secured new advertisers within Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina
• Rekindled relationships with previously dormant advertisers

TRAFFIC COORDINATOR
Responsibilities
• Operation of FilemakerPro database
• Booking and billing of display advertising

• Liaise between advertising, accounts and production departments
• Ensure all advertising copy deadlines met

Kariong Juvenile Justice Centre

is a maximum-security facility catering for juvenile offenders.
YOUTH OFFICER
Responsibilities
• Ensure safety and security of detainees
• Ensure safety and security of staff
• Create and implement case management plans for individual detainees
• Assist detainees to achieve case plans and develop skills by attending school
• Organise and attend various cultural events
Achievements
• Developed highly successful working relationships with notoriously difficult detainees within the behaviour management unit

CENTRAL CONTROL ROOM OFFICER
Responsibilities
• Control all movements of staff and detainees within maximum security centre
• Operate electronic doors within maximum security centre
• Coordinate and monitor all staff radio communications
• Closely monitor multiple video screens
• Alert staff to possible incidents
• Initiate emergency procedures when necessary
Achievements
• Demonstrated capacity to respond calmly in emergency situation, maintain communication between staff and ensure maximum possible safety of staff and detainees
• Personal letters of commendation from Centre Manager and NSW Minister for Juvenile Justice
