Duties include coordinating the installation of SAP Project System, Materials Management and Procurement modules into a third party service provider on behalf of Centrica Storage Ltd.
Generation of training strategy and materials in collaboration with the main project team
Acting as liaison officer between the two businesses and preparing Online Engineering for golive transition of duties from a legacy system onto SAP and ensuring customer service KPI's do not suffer as part of the cutover process.
Aiding Online Engineering with business system improvements around the project management process, process mapping and employee appraisal modules
Inventory Controller / SAP Onsite Technical Support

Duties include management of raw material inventory worth £5.5 Million within the Barton site and oversee correct management of materials at 3rd party satellite and vendor warehouses.
Manage daily activities between day based associates, mill shift supply chain teams and customers using LEAN techniques and focussing on resolution of operational issues such as material processes, problem solving and equipment management.
Carry out periodical audits of external warehousing at IM level and manage loss events in accordance to terms of contracts negotiated by Kimberly Clark (KC)
Conduct weekly warehouse audits to European KC standards
Plan and execute annual audits of all of Barton's raw material warehouses and manage inventory loss investigations in partnership with the finance, our 3rd party logistics provider and planning teams including the writing on and off of inventory. Documenting the adjustments and filing accordingly in readiness for independent external auditing.
Managing root cause analysis and resolution of raw material WMS receipt errors and deploy training and formal written work instructions to ensure compliance to business systems.
Troubleshoot operational and systems issues with production booking, raw material movement and consumption involving the local planning team, IT helpdesk and European master data teams.
Responsibilities also include monitoring and analysing mill production figures including month end close out and reporting.
Managing equipment on site such as the forktruck fleet contract, the maintenance of loading ramps and cranes ensuring LOLA inspections are kept up to date.
Improve local Stock count process in liaison with Supply Chain Management Team and European Audit team delivering improvement of time / resource saving by 50% with stock accuracy of 100% over the past 2 years.
Connected Checking delivering visibility of standard work processes within the raw material store which includes senior mill management...
Shift System Support and Raw material Line Leader
In the Systems Support team I acted as the interface between the Planning, Quality, Production and Logistics teams. The role also included supervising the raw material store and reclaim production line. I led a team of six associates working across these areas including resource management, training and annual appraisals to ensure continuous improvement of services to our customers.
