This was primarily a Management role and involved being directly accountable to the business owners.
Job title was Lead Dispensary Pharmacist and spearheading all training of both dispensary and store staff was a significant job role.
Key skills were developed in procurement, marketing, accounting and successfully fulfilling NHS directives.
The time spent in this role has created a unique skill set that has created a candidate with the ability to work effectively independently but also to manage a team with varying levels of ability.
With the business being taken over from Boots the Chemist, it was exceptionally important to work closely and efficiently with the business partners to develop unique initiatives that would allow the business to flourish and succeed in its own right, in areas where the previous business had failed.
