Served as Manager to assist in the management of Cyberlynx Language Centre. Responsible in the business development of the centre and overseeing the set up of language centres in other parts of Asia.

Head of Corporate Training Unit

INPENS College

Set up the Corporate Training Unit for the college to increase income avenue. Managed to secure several big training accounts within a few weeks of its launched.


Customer Relations and Crisis Management

A customized program to suit the needs of different organisations designed to improve service quality and brings customer closer to you. It will also prepare the frontliners in particular on methods handling crisis and/or difficult customers.

Malaysian Air Force International Certification

A special program designed for officers of the Malaysian Air Force to prepare them for international language examinations that they have to sit before they can be sent overseas for extended courses.

Conference for Aspiring Women Leaders

Conference for Aspiring Women Leaders (C.A.W.L) is designed to be a roadtour so we can touch and inspire many women to achieve their next level of success. The third series will be held in Concorde Shah Alam this 18 & 19 December 2013 focusing on "Enhancing Communication and Networking Skills". We have great speakers on our stage to share their experience and knowledge with the conference participants. This is an exclusive event designed to allow participants to connect and network with successful women of Malaysia.
