Promote Cigna wellness programs, participate in health fairs, biometric screenings and health risk assessments.

Supported large Cigna client transition from previous carrier. Provided various levels of human resource support ranging from initial eligibility to assisting in retiree benefits. Primary responsibilities included all facets of new hire orientation - formal presentation, assist in application process, help employees with transition of care from previous carrier. Coordinated servicing with Cigna operations staff. Follow up with outstanding complex service issues, identify trends and ways to improve employee experience. Assist in the renewal process, and gather and provide data to support accurate and timely renewal. Work with human resource director and appointed consultant and underwriters to review utilization, claims, and financial impact reports. Identified benefits which could be adjusted to bring financial relief to client. Provided training on Cigna employer portal.

Worked with Cigna account executive to identify group-specific wellness programs targeted to the employee base, as well as incentive programs to promote participation. Promoted and assisted employees in participation of the Cigna on-line health risk assessment.
