His main responsibilities have been implementation of some very major and critical interfaces for the customer master, invoicing and customized automated credit and debit transactions. Subsequently, he has been in charge of the Billing team which supports all SAP functionalities for SD billing and its interfaces to EDI, Stream Serve and Main Frame. He was involved in all subsequent SAP roll outs for new Distribution Centers.

Avaya Inc: He was Functional COE in this offshore Level 3 global SAP support team for Avaya Inc., a major MNC Electronics company providing communications networks, IP telephony systems, communications software applications and services. Also the Application Owner of Billing and Collections team.

Ashland Inc: Level 2 offshore support consultant for SAP Order to Cash processes, for this US based MNC who manufacture and distribute industrial consumables worldwide.

Nestle: Implementation Specialist -Onsite of the SD module (4.7) in Nestle Belgium.

AmerisourceBergen Business Transformation (ABC BT) program is a multi-year End to End SAP implementation project. ABC BT program represents a $300M+ investment on the part of ABC implementing the SAP ECC 6.0. The IBM SI contract value is $50M (fixed price) and covers the design, build and deployment phases of the project.
The process scope includes:

• Procure to Pay
• Plan to Distribute

IBM is providing services in the following main areas: program management, process and SAP functional consulting, organizational change management, application development, business intelligence, technical architecture and infrastructure.
IBM SO team further has a 5 year contract to provide steady state support to ABC business operations in SAP and the ECC 6.0 roll out to all 25 DCs.

He is OTC-RM team lead and a Sr. Consultant in the Order to Cash process area. His main responsibilities have been leading the offshore and onsite RM team for supporting all billing related business operations in SAP, implementing major and critical interfaces and enhancements for invoicing.

His responsibility includes meeting client for gathering requirements, understanding business process and issues, formulating the design and assigning work to the onsite and offshore team members. He is responsible for knowledge transfer to the team members and ensuring the timeline and quality of deliverables from the team. He is responsible for meeting the team SLA for hypercare and steady state tickets in Manage Now ticketing tool.

Automatic credit rebill: Automatic credit and rebill program based on business need to correct or change contract and non contract prices of invoices in retrospect, which is further based on supplier acceptance or non acceptance of chargeback claims from ABC.
