Katie Sinnott is a BPS Chartered Psychologist and a member of the Health Professions Council. Organisations she has worked for are the Scottish Institute of Sport (Jan 2002-Sep 2010) and 5 of the 6 Scottish Area Institutes of Sport (Feb 2001-Jun 2007), as well as having been the lead sport psychologist for both the Central Scotland Institute of Sport and Tayside & Fife Institute of Sport. She has also worked for Abertay, Dundee, Heriot-Watt and St. Andrews Universities; Scottish Borders, West Lothian, Stirling, Dundee and Perth & Kinross Councils; SportTayside; Mary Erskine, Pitlochry High and St. John's High Schools; Fife and Auchterarder Police Forces; and a number of Scottish National Governing Bodies.
