I have been with homeserve 10 years. Its an insurance provider for homeowners who would like insurance. I started in the outbound sales department for 2 years where we had to cold call people to sell our products, I then moved to the inbound sales and service department which was target driven also with more of a customer service approach. I then had a promotion to the retention department where I have been ever since my job is to take incoming calls show empathy and stay professional to try and save the customer from cancelling our products. I have an excellent telephone manner have good knowledge of using a pc and we deal with customers files and sending out letters. I am consistant in hitting my QIP monthly which shows im doin my job to the best of my ability, I can work on my own and as part of a team I feel I can bring a lively personality to any jobrole
REASON FOR LEAVIN- As ive been with the company 10 years I feel like I am ready for a new challenge and a change of company as im unhappy there now .I can do a fulltime role as at the moment im part time. Homeserve has learnt me a lot of skills that I hope to take to a new job role.
Would also like a job abit closer to home
