I have sold and produced signage, displays, commercial print, both sheet fed and web, digital and large format digital. So I have years of signage and commercial print experience that I can bring to the table. Facilitated kick off meetings with the client to ensure their Creative Brief was accurate to their specific need for the project in order to provide specific information to the internal studio and estimates. Based upon the kick off meetings and Creative Brief, prepare a timeframe and cost estimate to the client for approval. Once approved schedule an internal kick off meeting with traffic to determine who will be working on the project. Log in estimated and actual time in the studio software to track time and cost to align with estimates approved by the client. This responsibility is a constant requirement. Should the actual time exceed the estimated time, then we would provide an revision of the estimate and send to the client for a second approval. Provide art and content to the studio in order to begin the project. Review concepts from the studio to ensure accuracy and forward on to the client for changes or approvals. Make edits per the client's direction, and provide additional concepts in order to get a final approval. Have any html coding done if necessary. Have the studio provide final files and forward to the client on time and on budget. Close the job that initiates an invoice. Approve final costs on the invoice based on the final estimate and forward on to the client for approval. Place all working files pertaining to that project on the server, under the appropriate internal job number for easy referral. This process was done for several jobs simultaneously.
