The Scheme manager's role is expected to facilitate & co-ordinate services & responses that enable the provision of a safe & secure environment for all residents.
To manage the day to day running of the scheme, including reporting & following up repairs. To promote & encourage independence of residents.
To complete needs & risk assessments & support plans for all residents within the scheme that requires them. To facilitate community & social development & activities within the scheme. To carry out office administrative tasks, including quarterly scheme inspections, asbestos checks & other tasks requested by management. To ensure that the emergency alarm system works efficiently. To carry out accompanied viewings of vacant flats within the scheme.
