After nearly 10 years in a career as a business analyst and consultant in Ukraine, I have decided to pursue a career that involves supporting people and contributing to the company’s operations.
I have an interest in joining as a team member in Change Management, HR and Organization management, Customers Support, or other related areas, and am currently available for the new opportunities in Sweden, Norway or England, or in any other country remotely.

Sales transformation enabled by ERP implementation for the Factoring company, Moscow
Role: Team leader and Consultant
Project goal was to develop the model of sales planning, forecasting and management, and transform Sales process and organization in order to increase sales volume and reduce Sales cycle time.
As a result of the project were successfully developed and implemented:
- sales forecasting methodology and tools
- the customer’s lifecycle management solution
- target Sales, Services and client development processes
- new Sales organization design and performance management system for Sales department
- CRM automation concept.
Sales and marketing restructuring and CRM implementation for investment company
I was invited to analyze and improve business processes and organization of CRM area (Marketing, Sales and Retail operations) in order to increase overall performance and sales volume. Were developed and implemented:
- Customer relationships management solutions: Customers Segments, Customers lifecycle
- Sales forecasting methodology and tool
- Improved and implemented business process of Sales and Customer's support
- Reorganized the Marketing Function
- Established goals ( for 2 year’s), metrics and Actions Plans for Marketing, Customer’s Learning Center, Sales and Retail Functions
- Developed Operations Reports for client’s service management
SAP enabled HRM transformation for a group of companies (Mining & Metal).
Client: the group of companies in Ukraine (Mining and Metal industry, 22 assets)
Role: Senior consultant within Ernst & Young, Human Capital consultancy
My responsibility area included transformation of the Organizational Management process. As a result of the project were assessed the current HR processes, developed the target detailed HR processes model, enabled by SAP implementation; calculated the business case (estimated labor and other costs for target model implementation and processing, and identified further cost savings)
