I am graduate Civil Engineer and Real Estate engineer, finishing my PhD at the Institute of Forensic
Engineering focusing on property valuation expert opinion for judicial purposes. During my studies I have
been had several professional placements, including construction and refurbishment projects, both design
work and valuation assessment. This included site visits and liaising with construction workers. As a
volunteer I have also provided advice about building reconstruction following flooding. In my free time I
decided study for National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (NEBOSH).
