I have a varied role in the multimedia environment at the BBC World Service, with experience creating audio and video for radio, television and online.

I am a skilled video camera operator working on location shoots as well as in-house filming. I am also trained in television camera operations in a live news studio environment.

My role requires thorough knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere, FCP & Quantel.

My previous role as a radio studio manager has given me vital knowledge and understanding of sound recording techniques in studios and on outside broadcasts.

I am able to work in challenging environments. Recently I have been the video camera operator for a season on biodiversity in the Amazon region. I have also worked in Africa on shoots and in South America on training missions.

I deliver software and hardware training for BBC production staff and journalists.
