My responsibilities include:
✗ monitoring workflow and productivity of the report production process and data input team,
✗ receiving and processing samples prior to laboratory analysis,
✗ interpreting and collating information from site technical notes and laboratory analysis to produce survey reports in compliance with current legislation as detailed in HSG264 and the companies UKAS accreditation
✗ entering and updating client asbestos registers using various web based asset management software packages,
✗ producing annotated layout drawings in AutoCAD,
✗ undertaking quality control checks to reports prior to issue.
LEGAL & GENERAL

I contributed to the effective running of the complex financial project in Group Personal Pensions Dep., working as a part of a team, under strict business rules, learning about the product, new systems and processes that have all had to be done in a very short space of time.
My main duties included:
✗ supporting the Group Personal Pension team by providing an efficient and effective service to the customers who become 'leavers'
✗ closing down the Group Pensions and setting them up with Individual Pension Plan,
✗ carry out a range of administrative and support activities which included:
o assisting with the maintenance of computer held records on spreadsheet and databases,
o managing complex file information,
o scanning, faxing and copying documents,
o processing incoming and outgoing post,
o capturing customers' unit's pre and post correction process to enable comparison work to take place,
o recalculating the charge cap on policies after correction work has taken place (CC1&CC2),
o Tracing former Legal & General customers and making payments to them using new systems for both.

I gained a months work experience for the City Council in Gliwice whilst researching the thesis for my Masters degree. My time there gave me the opportunity to access and analyse statistics regarding the city's infrastructure and population demographics with the aim of developing effective commercial technology to attract business to the area. I was also responsible for undertaking basic administrative duties for the department.
