Greetings, my name is Kassandra and I am interested in working for your establishment. I have been working in hospitality for three years, I started in 2011 at Aussie World Cafe as a waitress. As I am not currently attending university, my availability is flexible. I am looking for a more stable working week with more hours, to leave my current job at Subway as a Shift Manager.
I am reliable, trustworthy and I have a healthy work ethic. This is reflected through my work at Subway, as I was trained in opening and closing the store by myself. I have trained other staff members in hygiene practices and food preparation, demonstrating leadership skills and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
I currently hold a Cert. 3 in Hospitality as well as both my RSG RSA, which I completed earlier this year through the Wise Education group. I hope that I am a candidate in your search for staff.

Collect payments from customers.
Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
