 TITLE: 3D part design & Stress analysis process of Carrier Gear Planet
• Software: NX 8.0 & ANSYS 14.0
• Description: 3D modeling of carrier gear planet of an turbo-prop commercial aircraft’s engine was carried out by using Nx Unigraphics 8.0. And also finite element analysis was carried out by analysis software ANSYS 14.0.Finally estimated factor of safety was achieved by various critical loading boundary conditions in certain locations.


 TITLE: Stress analysis of rotor components of high bypass turbofan engine employed to military jet trainer.
• Software: ANSYS 14.0
• Description: Stress analyzing of both high pressure and low pressure rotor components of High bypass turbofan engine of military aircraft such as compressor and turbine blades by giving evaluated input load parameters like thermal, RPM and other boundary conditions.Also analyzing for stator components like stators , stator casing , nozzle guided vanes, flame tubes.

 TITLE: Modal analysis of rotor components of high bypass turbofan engine employed to military jet trainer.
• Software: ANSYS 14.0
• Description: Modal analysis for low pressure compressor blades to find the critical speed, natural frequency and resonance making frequencies by using Campbell plot by MS Excel2007
 TITLE: Stress analysis of rotor components of Gas Turbine Starter employed to turbofan engine of military jet trainer.
• Software: ANSYS 14.0
• Description: Stress analyzing by applying pressure loads on their bolt holes of both free power and gas generator turbine disc’s rotor, stator of gas turbine starter unit for military jet trainer.
