My Role involves managing the floor, from reception to the back of house,
ensuring all meeting rooms are ready daily for meeting or functions.
Meet with the clients on their arrival to ensure they are satisfied and double check the arrangements for that day. I also run any dinner events, christening,

In charge of managing the roaster for every department to ensure every shift is
covered and to keep it in our budget depending on our weekly sales
Reporting weekly to the Human resources department to keep track of wage percentages.
I am involve in the year to date budget forecast and manage it with every department on a monthly basic.
I supervise the maintenance of the hotel and report to the general manager to keep costs to a minimum and also in charge of wine ordering, flowers and candles for the all hotel.
Bank ordering coins and dealing with cash is also part of my duty
I meet with every bride and groom before their wedding day to organise their final details for the reception and ceremony. On the day i am there, hands on with my wedding team, to ensure it is a stress free for them and it is the best day of their life.
I ensure service is done with perfection and to a high standards to generate further
weddings as word of mouth is the best seller for a hotel.
Sales & Marketing Manager

links with key clients by meeting customerin their own business also monitoring new and upcoming business. High attention to details to ensure customer are satisfied and return

The Cavan Crystal has 85 bedrooms and it's a very busy hotel doing 2 to 4 wedding per
week. Also very popular restaurant with 2 AA rosette awards.
The Ardboyne Hotel

Overlooking all the areas in the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and that function rooms
are ready for services and up to standards.I have experience in all fronts of house areas in the hotel.I also look after stock takes, payroll forecast, rosters, wine order, menus change and looking after taking meeting for our 6 meeting roomsor functions.
I am also in charge of recruiting staff for the banqueting or restaurant department.I work
very closely with the general manager and the deputy manager.
I am also the restaurant manager, looking after breakfast, carvery lunch and A la carte
menu for the 29 bedrooms hotel.The restaurant " La Mezzanine" seats up to 100 for dinner and we do around 350 for carvery lunch on a busy day.
Banqueting Coordinator is also one of my duties, so I am responsible for taking a wedding
booking and for greeting guests who wants to book their special day. I go through menus
selections and ideas to make their special day an unforgettable one. I ensure on the day
that everything goes to plan until the next morning when they have breakfast and leave the hotel.

In the new Cellar restaurant where I created a new standard of operation and introduced a new training program.
Overlooking each department to ensure guest satisfaction and that function rooms were

Greeting VIPs to the hotel and showed them to their bedroom.Helped departments when they were busy or under pressure.

waitress in the Mornington Brasserie and then through my experience, knowledge and ambition the management promoted me to manager.
