I was initially employed as gems sales consultant with Goldsmiths, I quickly developed to a diamond specialist, consisted of adhering to company merchandising guidelines, keeping the windows dust free and to a high standard, priced and fully stocked at all times, driving sales through upselling and approaching customers, and introducing new product lines, processing orders and sourcing new lines. I was then put forward for the position of store supervisor. In the absences of the store manager and as a key holder I had the responsibility of opening/closing the store and making sure that tasks were completed, within the 1st year I took the diamond business to a + 74% and in the 2nd year +87%.

As part of my job I was also responsible for setting daily and weekly targets and ensuring they were achieved. I also implemented staff rotes and training, as part of my job I had to ensure that the members of my team were to arrange six appointments per day.
Prior to post I worked with No7 as a full time beauty consultant.

My position initially with Estee Lauder was p/t sales consultant, I was then recommended to apply for the account manager position, within this role I organised beauty room events on a monthly basis by calling or mailing customers, organising evening events in store on late nights or Frasers card nights all these activities helped me and my team reach our account target, We would also link up with other departments throughout the store on the launch of a new product, and ensure that every customer would receive the best service possible.
