Individual Work - feedback

What has been the most useful part of the sessions?
I think this was when we got to the point where I worked out what I wanted to do rather than what I didn't want. This turned the negative situation into a positive way forward. having a goal to aim for or a path to follow.

How has this impacted upon your life/work/home?
Feeling positive has impacted all areas of my life - feeling more positive about work helped me relax more about everything else, even when 'normal' work stresses are there.

What would changes could there be to make the sessions even more beneficial and productive for you?
I don't think I would want to change anything about the sessions as I think the informal nature works well for me. At some stage, I would like to explore NLP more and how that affects what we do and think.

De-stress Your Stress!

Stress can be useful, energizing and motivating but if it becomes prolonged and excessive it is disabling and destructive. What are your warning signs? Do others know before you that stress is a problem? Identify and challenge your negative thoughts and beliefs, take charge over your stress levels and use stress proactively.

Be Your Own Life Coach

This workshop gives you the strategies, motivation and support to turn your ideas and goals into reality. Find out what barriers are holding you back and explore ways to overcome them. Learn techniques that you can apply in all areas of your life.

NLP for Beginners

A half day workshop in exploring how Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can not only enhance your communication skills but identify your own strengths and skills. Learn how to use "anchors" effectively and boost your self-esteem.
