Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher

Mindfulness and meditation train you to bring your awareness to the present moment, which is the only moment you will ever have. Mindfulness courses include topics such as; What is mindfulness? What is the role of the mind? What are the benefits of a mindfulness practice? How can we bring mindfulness into our everyday lives? In meditation courses you will be introduced to the practice of meditation, including proper posture, developing a daily practice, and identifying obstacles to meditation. You will learn meditation techniques for creating clarity in the mind.
