While employed at Weldlogic I was the assistant to the engineer department and to the production manager. I was responsible for doing proforma invoices, giving customers pricing, taking customer's orders as well as entering them into the computer. I worked closely with the engineering department Setting due dates for new orders, scheduling and preparing for weekly meetings with management and the production department. I was responsible for making sure all orders were on schedule for completion and providing all departments with daily spreadsheets showing when an order would be complete. Upon completion of an order I was responsible for making sure it was crated properly for shipment, scheduling for the pickup which was national and international. I also scheduled and arranged for any trips required by the engineers, production department and management if necessary. This position required close attention to detail, being multi tasked and daily contact with all departments as well as our customers.
