When I was in SPi Global CRM (former e-PLDT Ventus), I handled two (2) of there local accounts which are Meralco Campaign & PLDT Campaign. I've been in Meralco Campaign for about 1 year and 7months, since it was my first company and campaign I may say that this is my good foundation where in I really learned a lot. I took inbound calls for about 6 months and I've been there outbound/offline agent. My tasks are to call our business customers to advise them regarding on the scheduled interruption, creating Incident report of Meralco Regular Employees, I also handle the infotxt service where in we are answering customer's concerns and inquiries through SMS and I also cater CSAT to our residential customers. In PLDT I' am inbound agent and we are handling Corporate account and we are customer's inquiry, complaint and billing.
