Having study for Adult Education and Training at Level 5, I enjoy applying it in both human and animal training.
I have been involved in design and moderation of NZQA Unit standards in the electrical industry and enjoy helping other people to design US to meet the ITO criteria.
Student Visa Assistant
University of Waikato
From March 2013
This is a five week contract to assist with the influx of overseas students that are coming over to Waikato University to study. This is a part time position where you help the students to understand the requirement for applying for a visa as well as completing the process for them in preparation for Immigration NZ to assess and grant them a visa.
This role also includes the inputting of information into the universities Student Management System.
From August 2012
I have secured several assignments working for companies such as Fonterra, Waikato Hospital and Wintec.
Each assignment is different; Fonterra has been the inputting of numbers for charting and reporting purposes, through to proof reading a health and safety manual and then making those correction changes in the manual and then printing and laminating documentation to reception work.
Wintec was assisting with creating a large document
Waikato Hospital was to work with the learning and development manager in looking after there student database, notify people of up and coming classes, confirm place in training sessions, created certificates of attendance and a variety of other duties.
Dr Ian Dunbar Seminar - Feb 2013
Dr Ian Dunbar is an extraordinary person. He is a vet that cares and understand about training dogs. He teaches dog owners and trainers to make the most out of puppyhood to help grow well-adjusted and social adult dogs.
