retrospective, and prospective valuations. Managed mortgage fraud investigation project in which 26,000 nationwide appraisals
were examined in a five month period, with Suspicious Activity Reports written for approximately 15%. Instituted and performed
internal audit control on company procedure, policies, and other staff members to ensure quality and compliance.

• Managed mortgage fraud investigation project in which 26,000 nationwide appraisals were examined in a five month
period, with Suspicious Activity Reports written for approximately 15%. Trained reviewers to perform these reviews and write SARS. Completed project approximately 30 days early. This was the most successful project in the history of the
company.
• Implemented next-generation technologies and process automations (including new Acuity order processing system) to foster an environment of continuous improvement. Trained users and served as the primary "go-to" troubleshooter on
these new systems, which propelled efficiency gains and significant time- and cost-savings.
• Facilitated internal audits as a result of sound recordkeeping and thorough documentation.
• Reviewed full line of appraisal products, working with appraisers to produce a high level of product quality
• Provided valuation training and feedback to internal staff and external vendors
• Supported internal staff and contract appraisers with valuation-based challenges
