I currently work in an office environment. On a daily basis I have to work on a time limit. I operate the switchboard ensuring phone calls are put through to the correct departments and all phone messages are passed on. Communication is key in all working environments. I make sure that er-ons are run for my co-workers. I make sure monthly accounts are balanced and sent out. There is a great deal of discretion needed to be fulfilled in an office like this and I carry this out at all times.
