✔ General HR Functions (1st level recruitment (sourcing & initial interviews), Timekeeping, Employee
Relations, Benefits, Employee events, etc.) Lone HR personnel for SMX Convention Center's
Davao branch with 12 regular employees consisting of 1 Senior Manager, 4 Managers, 1 Officer, and 5 Rank & File; 15 agency-based staff for housekeeping/banquet and security guards)
✔ Proposes and conducts basic employee development programs to assist for employee growth and for creating a good organizational culture in the branch.
