➢ Recruitment Process
• Shortlist the candidates & Schedule the interview.
• Coordinating with the higher authority for selection & salary finalization
• Complete the joining formalities including collection/ verification of the required documents, Reference Checks, Bank Formalities etc.
• Issue Appointment/Offer letter.
• Introduce and set the Biometric Machine for new joiners.
• Providing adequate facility to new employees - I-Card, attendance card etc.
• Maintain HR files and employee information in various reports like employee database, employee CV's, preparing all HR letters and certificates etc.

➢ MIS & Reporting
• Monitor late coming, absenteeism, report & Workmen entry in MIS.
• Maintain mobile number records and prepare mobile bill details & over usage
• Preparation of DLR report & Monthly/weekly expense report, Conveyance & Rent details.
• Daily updation of employee database management.
• Involved in the preparation of daily, weekly & monthly MIS report and & updating the information in the employee handbook to provide feedback to top management.

➢ Full & Final Settlement and Exit Process
• Coordinate & manage the Full & Final Settlement with the help of finance division and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of an employee.
• Giving no dues forms
• Taking I-card/Attendance card/sim card to complete exit process.

➢ Training & Development
• Identify Training needs and organized trainings subsequently to provide value addition to employees.
• Issue training certificate.

➢ Time-management
• Make necessary entries for new joinees, separation cases, unpaid leave, Comp off leave, salary advances, etc.
• Manage entire updated record of employees like attendance, OD (Official Duty), leave.
• Implementation of attendance/leave procedure
• Handling the attendance of sites i.e through Biometric Machine/manual attendance register.
