As a general surgeon I was providing medical care to all the patients with the surgical problems attending Railway hospital Madurai,Tamilnadu,India (a 115 bedded hospital).I was doing all Elective and Emergency general surgical procedures.and also UGI and LGI endoscopic diagnostic procedures.I was also assisting specialist surgeons for special surgeries such as pancreatic surgery.In addition to the above clinical work,I did administrative work of hospital management .
