The duties for this role were managing the French & German customer account and contact data using CRM and Sage 500 software; Liaising with main office in Germany & with Purchasing /Dispatch departments to ensure prompt shipment & tracking of orders; Communicating to both internal & external customers as to the status of orders including back- order lead times, product promotions, discounts and samples; Generating & processing the sales invoices & credit notes; Handled customer queries in a timely and effective manner, as well as assisted to develop sales, Processed orders and defects whilst ensuring deadlines are achieved; Dealt with buyers and quoting prices ; handled customer complaints; issued refunds or compensation to customers; kept accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers; analyzed statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service organization is providing; Complying with company's ISO9001 procedures.
