• Monitoring of the computing resources that includes all the Windows 2003 based Domain Controllers, ISA Server 2006, and other servers and clients to provide a stable and responsive environment.
• Operation of network utility procedures defining network users and security attributes establishing directories, menus and drive-mappings, configuring network printers and providing user access. Ensure that the ASG laptops, desktop and network resources are protected from malicious virus attacks and deploy countermeasures in the event of the attacks.
• Prepare list of all IT equipment inventory reflecting the type of equipment, serial number, service tag, name and location together with status of the equipment.
• Manage the data backup operations to provide assured recovery of servers and data for MS Windows, Active Directory and Domain Controllers. Schedules and monitors backup jobs and oversees rotation of tapes to offsite storage facility using Symantec Backup Exec.

• Installation and configuration of all RMI software in each computer and testing the software if it is working properly.
• Solving Data base related problems of all software of RMI and making a note of how the problem has been solved so in future we will be able to solve the same problem fast.
• Updating RMI Data base for the release of new software according to its rows, columns, column type, column policies and many more.
• Backup RMI Data base daily and restoring them back to the Data base (if needed).

• Prepare list of all IT equipment for the need of software like Bar code reader, special printers and etc.

• Train new employees for every single software of RMI.
• Solving Software/Database problems.
• Monthly RMI software configuration for all RMI Consultants like configuring appointments, number of patients per day, time configuration per patient, and many more.
• Making user name for new employees of RMI and assigning application authority and rights for the required applications and their forms.

• Prepare budgets and cost estimates for IT requirements and upgrades in order to have the state of their equipment.
